St. Michael’s Episcopal Church is holding a Family Safety Fair on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 12 noon to 4:00 p.m. at 400 South Lee’s Summit Road in Independence.

There will be free information and demonstrations by the Independence Police K-9 Unit, Independence Fire Department, Missouri Highway Patrol Crash Car, Identi-Kid, Red Cross displays, Kansas City Storm Chaser org, KC Crime Commission, MOSAR Rescue Dog demonstration and much more. Be sure to look for lots of safety giveaways including smoke alarms and gun locks.

There is no cost for this event, but donations to the church’s food pantry are appreciated.
