With new ownership, 2018 has been a year of renewal for The Historic Longview Mansion with a multi-million dollar renovation to restore Lee’s Summit’s crown jewel to its original splendor. Sunflower Development Group undertook a historic rehabilitation of the 102-year-old house, addressing many of the structural, roof, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues that have plagued the Mansion for years, as well as giving the entire property a gentle facelift. Work is officially complete, re-establishing the Longview Mansion as a premier event venue in the Kansas City area.
