Lee’s Summit North at Lee’s Summit West (Friday Night Lights Tour Stop)
Welcome to a track meet as the Broncos and Titans renew a rivalry that both teams have been eagerly awaiting this season. LS North scored 63 points in their first two games, LS West has scored 75 points in their last two games. It’s Homecoming night and the Titans will not disappoint their fans as they out score the visiting Broncos for a close victory.
St. Joe Central at Lee’s Summit (Pub Pick of the week)
The Tigers will enjoy Homecoming night this year as they face a team who has only scored 23 points this season. The Tigers just scored 45 a week ago to win a road game, this time they will score that many to win a home game as they improve to .500 on the season at 3-3.
St. Michael at Cass-Midway
The Guardians are catching the Vikings at the right time. St. Michael riding a 2 game winning streak faces a team still searching for their first victory in 2019. When it’s done the Guardians will even their record at 3-3.
University Academy at Summit Christian
After a pair of road wins the SCA Eagles finally return home and will face the Gryphons. The Eagles goal of remaining undefeated heading into their showdown with Van Horn next week will happen as SCA improves to 6-0 when this game is finished.
Ray Pec at Blue Springs
Both teams have played perennial power Rockhurst this season with Ray Pec staying close with the Hawklets but Blue Springs scored a home win over them. On this night the Wildcats will earn another home win, a close one over the visiting Panthers.
Blue Springs South at William Chrisman
Two teams here that need a win and deserve one as both teams have been giving their opposition fits but coming away with a loss in the end. The Bears are excited after winning a week ago over their rival Truman for the Wagon Wheel. The Jaguars will be the ones excited when this game ends as the Jags get win # 1 on the season.
Ruskin at Raytown South
Ruskin has struggled so far this season and the Cardinals have seen their fair share of issues to. Both teams enter at 1-4 but it’s the Cardinals who will come out on top in the end of this game to improve that record.
Grain Valley at Raytown
A Friday Night Fun matchup here as the Blue Jays try to out gain the visiting Eagles. Both teams can score and will prove it again on this Friday night under the lights. When the clock hits zero the Blue Jays will have earned a hard fought win in front of their fans.
Northwest Mo. St. at Emporia St. (MIAA TV Game of the week)
An excellent matchup for this D-II conference to showcase this week. The Bearcats hit the road in a 3 way tie for first place. The hometown Hornets are just two games back of first place. No surprise here as the Bearcats have a lot riding on the outcome and will score a fifth straight conference win this season.
Indianapolis Colts at Kansas City Chiefs (Celebrity Forecaster, X-Factor- Ty Rowton)
The Colts “Luck” officially ran out in January during the playoffs. This team doesn’t have their star QB “Lucky” anymore. The Red sea will overwhelm the little ponies from Indy! The Chiefs WIN 45-0!!
