Don (Raymond Donald) Daugherty passed on Sunday, September 9, 2018.

Don was born July 2, 1941 in Cabool, Missouri to Henry and Ina Daugherty. He moved to Kansas City at 19; married Shirley Silvey Daugherty, January 6, 1962 and served 50 years, as a journeymen electrician for IBEW Local 124, Kansas City, Missouri.

Don loved the Lord and going to church. He loved to travel, sports especially basketball! He was a very devoted husband, father and grandfather and loved many friends. He especially enjoyed sharing Christ and went on numerous mission trips.

He will be fondly remembered by his wife of 57 years, Shirley Daugherty, daughter Sheri (Jay) Freeman, son Terry (Gina) Daugherty and eight grandchildren, Samuel and Taylor Freeman, Andrea, Jackson and Ayden Daugherty, Spenser Ward, Shelby (Keaton) Gray, Great-grand daughter Remington Gray, brother Jerald Daugherty of Warsaw, Missouri, extended family  and many dear friends.

Don was predeceased by his father and mother, Henry and Ina Daugherty and brother Dearl Daugherty.
