Farrah Brandy Otis 42, of Lee’s Summit died on January 14, 2019.
Brandy, born June 28, 1976, is preceded in death by son, Joshua Blake Otis and father, Frank Otis.
She is survived by daughter, Jamie Linnea` Lyon-Otis; mother, Sandra Otis; sister, Candy Koehler; brothers, Farron Otis, and Donald McCauley.
Services will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on January 24, 2019 at New Springs Community Church located 1800 NE. Independence Ave., Lee’s Summit MO, 64086.
