Raytown MO – At approximately 5:35 PM Tuesday, 01-22-19, officers were called to an “EMS assist” call at a residence in the 10800 block of East 70 Terrace.

Officers arrived and found an adult resident performing chest compressions on a 32-year-old Richmond, Missouri man, later identified as Aaron Hall. Officers helped with performing chest compressions until EMS arrived to provide medical care.

Officers learned that Hall had apparently been using a machine to burn wood with electricity and was likely electrocuted. The resident found Hall unresponsive, called for help, and began chest compressions. Hall was transported to an area hospital but did not survive.
