Bobbie Randall

Bobbie Ann Randall (74) passed away on Sun. Sept. 1 at Saint Luke’s Hospital with her daughter’s at her bedside.  Born June 16, 1945 to Wilbur and Mary Randall of Joplin, MO. Bobbie graduated from Joplin High School in 1963.  Bobbie moved to Kansas City at age 18 where she met and eventually married her ex-husband, Roger Bratton. Bobbie raised her two daughters in Lee’s Summit, MO and lived in Grain Valley the final years of her life.

Bobbie volunteered at the Unity Crisis Help Line and was a Certified Graphoanalyst, assisting on many court cases and reviewing questioned documents. Bobbie also retired from the Internal Revenue Service in the 1990s. 

Bobbie is survived by her two daughters, Tami Dickerson and Tiffany Kent, three granddaughters, Lexi and her husband Ryan Ditzler, Lacey and her husband Josiah Baker, and Tara Kent; one grandson, Lukas and his wife Kayla Dickerson; three great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons; and nephews Jeff and Curtis Randall.  Bobbie is preceded in death by both of her parents, her ex-husband, Roger Bratton, her brother, Benjamin A. Randall, sister-in-law, Nola Randall, and many other extended family members. 

The Celebration of Life Service will begin at 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 7 at Shelter House #7 at Lake Jacomo. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that people donate to their Go-Fund-Me page (gf.me/u/u56y54) to help pay for the rest of Bobbie’s final expenses since there was no insurance policy or pre-paid burial plans.

    So sorry to hear of your Moms passing. I will keep her and everyone in my prayers.
