Officers responded on 9/7/19 at 12:31 a.m. to the area of SE 3rd and Douglas on the report of an assault.
They contacted the victim who stated that he had been assaulted. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was treated and released.
Detectives are working with the victim to determine a suspect description and detectives have canvassed the downtown area seeking video footage of the assault and/or suspects.
