This week eight Lee’s Summit West student athletes signed letters of intent with various colleges and universities across the state and country.
Those students were:
Jack Ailshire, swimming, Auburn University, majoring in business management; Bailey Amezcua, softball University of Kansas, majoring in journalism; Ava Anderson, volleyball, Mississippi State University, majoring in sports administration; Drew Dickerson, baseball, University of Oklahoma, majoring in special education; Blake Jones, Missouri Southern University, pre-med major; Samuel Park, lacrosse, Qunicy University, majoring in mechanical engineering; Ryanne Wattree, volleyball, University of Missouri-Kansas City, majoring in health care; and Laney Weatherby, swim, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, majoring in nursing.
